High-Frequency Plastic Welding Machines Causes of Common Failures
2012/7/7 10:54:25

Phenomena: Common Red Light (Overload Light)

Reasons:

A) Lower mold insulation damage;
B) Work material, the vibration of tube or the upper and lower mold, dirt, dust, moisture need to clean up;
C) Poor horizontal position of the upper and lower mold;
D) The upper and lower mold insulation directly touch each other;
E) The input power is too high;
F) Vacuum tube damaged or loose;
G) Had the power to protect the electronic board damage, over-current protection board that that one of the three appliances;
H) Modem is too large, the output is too high;
I) Work matter too much, beyond the rated output with the machine;
J) Temperature part of the fault;
K) High voltage capacitor is damaged;
L) Insulating column (on the template) damaged.

Phenomenon 2: High output, the total power is disconnected or burning fuse

Reasons:
A) Vacuum tube failure
B) Transformer Fault
C) High-voltage rectifier board failure
D) Three-phase magnetic switch damage
E) High-pressure line short barrier
F) Electric hot plate failure

Case 3: no output

Reasons:
A) The switch is poor contact
B) Line fault
C) Vacuum tube failure

Phenomenon: Adverse Drug

Reasons:
A) Adverse adjustment;
B) Mold problem
C) Pieces of plastic (work objects)
D) Insulation is too thick, the insulation is too high
Note: Run into the lower mold when the mold under pressure, ground copper to suppress made up disk, round copper slightly deformed can be. If this grounding copper did not adjust well, this machinery will not be able to work steadily. This ground when the switch to a different height of the mold copper need to be adjusted once.

Note: Before the test, be sure to shut off the main power supply, due to the machine inside the thousands of volts, the first million volts.
